Mayers can't stalk

When I play Mayers I can stalk but it doesn't fill my power bar so I am stuck at tier 1 whole game. I tried it with many add-ons and on many maps it just doesn't work it's been over a week now and it's really disappointing. I bought DLC and can't even play the killer properly what a shame

    Are you playin' on PC?

    If yes, check your GameUserSettings.ini which you can find by pressing Win+R, type "appdata" w/o "" and press OK. Then locate into \Local\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor and open GameUserSettings.ini in notepad.

    Check these two lines ScreenScaleForWindowedMode= and ScreenResolution=, anything below 100 will appear as this "can't stalk" bug, so set these two lines as ScreenScaleForWindowedMode=100 and ScreenResolution=100, then close and save this file.
