I wanted to know what your rework ideas would be, it doesn't have to be realistic just write down how you wanted the killer to be reworked

Let demo teleport without standing on a portal but in exchange it takes longer to do the teleport interaction and adds a few seconds to the cooldown (teleporting from on top of a portal doesn't have these downsides and still works normally)

Alright, so you take The Nightmare, and undo his rework. Pretty simple.

Make all killers %200 movement speed. Give all of them "one hit down" power. Make old mori base kit. That will be enough and fair. Game will balance with that.

Alright, this sounds fun. Let me try it for my main:
Power: Dream Demon
Pull survivors into the Dream World
-Survivors who are awake do not see The Nightmare.
-Once targeted by The Nightmare’s power, survivors enter the Dream Transition for 7 seconds.
-During the Dream Transition Survivors can see glimpses of The Nightmare and they suffer from the Incapacitated status effect.
-When the Dream Transition Lapse, the Survivor is pulled into the Dream World.
Once in the Dream World:
-Survivor’s auras are revealed to The Nightmare when they are outside of his terror radius.
-Survivors suffer an action speed penalty of 50%.
-To exit the Dream World, Survivors can find non-sleeping Survivors to perform a wake up action.
-Failed Generator Skill Checks can also wake up.
-Hooked Survivors wake up.
Special Ability: Dream Projection
-Teleport to a Generator in view. Releasing the button early will cancel the action.
-Survivors cannot interact with the targeted Generator.
-For each Survivor in the Dream World, the cool-down of using Dream Projection is reduced by stack-able 20%.

What do you think, my fellow Old Freddy main? It is basically his old power, but with some extras.

Trapper is able to stand still for 6 seconds to summon a trap he's looking at in the distance into his bag, if he has space. His trap aura reading now only works on un-set traps. Survivors are hindered by 5% for 15 seconds after freeing themselves, but can see the killers aura while trapped. Traps can be set inside of lockers and inside chests, which grabs the survivors hand upon opening.

Sounds pretty cool, the only problem is that incapacitated is a Twins-specific effect. You might want to just have it so they can't do basic interactions, otherwise you'd be able to trap people at the gates by pulling them into the dream. Plus the HUD effect is Victor's hands grabbing onto the survivor, which would look weird against a Freddy lol.
Apart from that, it seems pretty great! He'd actually be able to prevent survivors from finishing actions in front of him, and he'd still have that much needed mobility.
The only thing I'd add is an indication of if you were visible to the survivor during the Dream Transition. Maybe they could be highlighted in blue (like if they were fully asleep) when they can see you. This would make an important part of Freddy's kit accessible to players without having to memorize the timings.

Okay, so this is what Incapacitated currently does. I don't see a problem with it preventing you from leaving through the Exit Gates, because the effect would end as soon as you enter the Dream World, allowing you to leave.
The HUD effect is related to Victor being attached to a survivor, not the status effect itself, meaning other survivors would get no warning that their friend cannot interact with anything during the Transition.
And I like your idea. Knowing exactly when you are visible to the survivor creates opportunities for some sick mindgames. A very good suggestion!

Just for the memes and because I love the movies, I would love to see ghostface being able to call survivors and track them this way.

It is exactly how it used to be. But I suppose we can do a few more changes.
Why do you think it is a little overkill? And what value sounds good? 40%, perhaps? 45%?

Main reason I say it is because of freddy’s now inherit synergy with slowdown perks like pop or ruin. Since you intend to keep his teleport his ability to pressure gens is quite strong.
40% sounds pretty good to me
Otherwise though great rework and I really wish they didn’t standardise Freddy as much as they did

You are right. His slowdown can be a little bit weaker, as long as he keeps his mobility. Besides, 40% is still strong, and you can reach 50% with perks like Thanatophobia and Dying Light.
And thanks for the compliment, my friend! I am glad you and @ReverseVelocity liked my ideas. This is, in my opinion, what a perfect version of Freddy would look like. It is sad to see that we are stuck with his new power, which is going to get nerfed. It disheartens me.

Bring back old Freddy with the fake pallets and blood slow-down thingys (he was bad but at least he was fun to play against)
Remove Demo's portals and make him 120% movement speed (portals are dumb, and he's a lumbering beast and should feel that way)
Make Scalped Topknot basekit for Oni
Bring back Old Hillbilly but keep new perks (minus the ones that effect the overheating mechanic)
Make Ghostface able to be revealed while leaning (it's bullshit when you stare right at him and still get exposed)
Remove the Twins, in fact, delete the whole chapter and replace it with something else
Make Trickster 115% and make his Trick Knives basekit
Give Trapper basekit 3 trap inventory and spawn more traps in the map
Give Dwight a gun that he can share to everyone except Meg (because she would shoot her teammates to get away)
Make it so the timer for decisive pauses when in a chase (and if abused the survivor in question isn't doing gens)
Make the rift $5, as that's the most it's worth in it's current state
Give a small effect that follows Spirit while she's phasing (like footsteps or something idk)
Add a map for Trickster and Blight as they are the only ones who have an interesting enough set piece to work
Add Mathieu as a killer and his cat as a survivor
and finally;
fix the game
