Been told by a mod this is the appropriate channel so I'm just gonna repost my last thread.

Translating the descriptions:

"In public matches, hit a total of 500 skill checks"

"Rank up for the first time"

Now... Here are my stats:

How did I repair 211 gens and none of my skill checks counted? Better yet, how am I rank 1 but according to the achievement I have yet to leave rank 20?

You can check my account and see there's nothing off about it (besides these two stats not counting for some reason). Should I be scared of being reported by someone who finds this and being banned by someone who sees my stats and finds out i reached rank 1 without (apparently) hitting a single skill check? I know there are hacks to modify rank and instantly pop gens around, and someone who just happens to check my profile has every reason to think I'm using at least one of these.

I hit skill checks and rank up all the time. Can something be done about this?

The only unusual thing I can think about is the fact that this account first played dbd through the family share function because I was playing through my brother's account before buying the game for myself. Don't know if that has anything to do with the issue.
