PC Hawkins but no lighting

After a single round as killer, I went to play as survivor, going as Quentin. The map loaded was supposed to be Hawkins, but when loading in the only lights able to be seen were from the monitors nearby. After leaving their rather tiny radius there was no other lighting at all. I was unable to check if this was repeatable due to only having time for two matches before my shift. In the link below I have enclosed a screenshot of the issue after having left the monitor's range.
