This still hasn't been fixed but I am reporting it again anyways.
Addons that increase the flashlights width allow the flashlight to blind the killer even if they face in the other direction so long as the beam has started to hit them in the face before doing so.
Also; all flashlights work outside of the killer FOV by about the amount of shadowborn 15 degrees even if they don't have it.
Both things have been bugged since they made those flashlight changes.
