No skill check bug.

I was playing this morning and I got to audio ping for skill checks but not visual for skill checks. Healing or generators had visual ques for landing skill checks. I couldn't heal nor work on a generator. I eventually got disconnected and was penalized for 5 hours for disconnect. I am getting sick of being penalized for a disconnect that I didn't do. I was forced out due to connection error. I play several other games on XBOX and hardly get disconnected. So I know that it's not my internet.
