PC - First phase passed while self unhooking

I cannot search in the forum so I'm not sure if this has already been reported.
Step 1 : Be hooked (by an evil Myers).
Step 2 : Unhook yourself near the last possible time (we can see that my second phase is happenning while I'm unhooking myself).
Step 3 : Go down (by an evil Myers).
Step 4 : Die without even passing through phase 2 of the hook.
Step 5 : Watch the video hereunder without sound, otherwise you'll be deaf from my complaints
Do not hesitate to tell me if it's not a bug, but I'm pretty sure I should have been able to enjoy my 2nd phase on the hook.
