Konami code not working
I play on ps5 and the Konami code to get the charm isn’t working? Anyone know if it’s been discontinued? I’ve tried everything to make it work (making executioner my killer and Cheryl my survivor) but nothing seems to work? Anyone know how to fix it or what’s up?

You have to buy the SIlent Hill DLC and you have to select Pyramid Head for it to work.

And you need to be in the main menu.

I have the dlc and had pyramid head as my killer, still extremely confused as to why it isn’t working...

Did you buy the dlc over steam/ps store or did you buy it with auric cells in game?

I’m aware and that’s what I did? Anything else I could’ve done wrong? I bought the full dlc, I know the code, I had pyramid head selected, and on some occasions of trying Cheryl also selected. And I tried the code on the main menu (one where u can select what mode to play survivor or killer.

I had this same issue after buying the chapter on steam and figured it was discontinued. I'd love to figure out what's going on with it.

For me to get it to work on xbox I had to be incredibly fast entering the code for it to work.

I just tried it again and finally got it to work. Everyone's right, you have to switch your killer to PH and your survivor to Cheryl. I did it on PC by using my left hand to hit the WASD keys and my right to click the mouse and hit Enter on the numpad.
Apparently people are saying it might not work on console, but I can't test that myself.
