The issue I have with that is that it means she has no downside to her power. Which, as a 110% Killer, needs to have: Huntress has reduced chasing outside of her hatchets, Spirit can't see survivors directly, Deathslinger also has reduced chasing outside of his gun, etc.

I think that was just the devs being too stubborn to put the old UI back in the game after they spent money making the new one.

I'm confident that they wouldn't just completely throw out the code for Freddy's old power.

Not a full rework, but I think Legion needs some time in the oven. Again. Legion is a gang of 4 members, why not let the other 3 members that aren't being played as (lets just ignore Blighted Legion) hide in lockers to Head On survivors when they run past?

She's not that weak at all.

If survivors don't cleanse, she's still a 115% M1 killer with a ranged version of Legions power.

If they do cleanse, she's 115% Huntress.

Infecting things serves to put pressure or can lead to information (infecting a gen, survivor becomes infected, they're on that gen)

Run Thanatophobia to get survivors to cleanse.

    The obvious one is Freddy:

Dream State: Does not automatically trigger at the start of the game. Must be hit once to trigger dream state and subsequent decay. So there's no display of the dreamstate/clock around the survivor portrait until someone gets hit. Sleep timer progression is halved outside of his lullaby radius, increased by 50% inside his lullaby, and halted when in a chase.

Teleport: A small increase on the charge time to teleport. Makes actually teleporting more costly, but improves its use as a fake out to pressure a gen.

Dream Snares/Pallets: Only appear within the radius of his lullaby. Have add-ons that increase the radius of his lullaby.

I think Myers would be fine with an adjustment to his speed increases.

Something like having it scale with his stalk meter. Like His speed will increase from 105% to 114% as he gains meter until he triggers Evil Within II and becomes 115%. That at Evil Within III he gets an additional 5% (up to 120%) speed increase that gradually falls as Evil Within III runs out.

Pig traps should get the same treatment that Bear Traps had for Trapper. Reduce the chances of getting it off on the first box, slightly increased on the second, but have it guaranteed by the third box. In exchange, buff her Ambush a little.

115% killer with all survivors staying broken/sick is not strong. There are more than enough pallets for the gens to be done before they even run out. Staying injured all game is not that dangerous.

If they do cleanse her Corrupt Purge is strong but way overrated and exaggerated. I can loop a corrupt purge Plague for quite a while. She is also forced to respect every pallet.

Plague is the epitome of a no pressure killer because there is no healing going on. She is a snowball killer, not a pressure killer.

Thanatophobia is a trash/noob trap perk. It isn't very good even in its best case scenarios.

    Plague is weak.

Hag faces the direction the survivor WAS when the trap was first sprung. Teleportation time means the phantasm does not take into account where the survivor moves, so by the time you appear, the survivor is often LONG gone.

And maybe that's how Doctor's power is SUPPOSED to work, but I don't know how often you play him because it sure doesn't work that way. I can't count how often I zap a guy and a full second later, they're through a window, or over a palette. And besides, you can interrupt vault animations via grabs, I'm not sure why a power entirely based around "can't vault" wouldn't ALSO stop stuff like that. It's super infuriating.

In terms of needing to be buffed to be more viable it would definitely be Myers or Demo. Could even be something as small as being able to replace portals, or hiding footstep sounds for demo. Something I've seen suggested here for Myers that is cool is being able to switch what Tier you are in.

In terms of needing a health update, outside of buffing or nerfing, my personal opinion is Hillbilly. While other killers have gone longer without being touched and are currently less viable than him, I believe the purpose of a rework is to improve the character while maintaining gameplay balance. The latest Hillbilly rework has basically gimped his hitboxes, animations, add-ons and base kit power with no real benefit for people who used his saw correctly(Not facecamping or perma feathering). And while the overheat mechanic and add-on nerfs would be "ok" on their own; the chainsaw connection/aim dressing being changed or outright removed, leading to a "collision" based hitbox for his saw, is the nail in the coffin.

And finally in terms of needing to be nerfed, I can easily say Freddy. His base kit needs to be looked at, and possibly make an add-on that allows you to play as "old freddy" making the best of both worlds.

I think Nurse needs a rework, she has too high of a skill cap and when she is mastered she is way too powerful. I'm not sure how they can rework nurse without taking the basic blink aspect away but I would look forward to a rework.
