Was the change in Demo's and Oni's chase music in the patchnotes?

It was a few patches ago where they changed it so that Demo and Oni have the same chase music for the killer and survivor POV.
I think it's unfortunate cuz the music being different from both POVs was interesting.
Did they actually put it in the patchnotes or did they just sneak that in and then we just accepted it as the new norm? I'm genuinely curious cuz I dont remember... I honestly thought it was a bug, but then it was never acknowledged or fixed
