Losing items while escaping with hatch

So basically I saw someone reporting a bug that made him lose his 2 toolboxes (wich he brougth to the games by himself) yet, what happened to me was different, I started the game with nothing, found a yellow flashligth in a chest wich I used entirely on bligth, then found a purple med-kit with charge add ons on a dead body's hook, took then escaped through hatch and lost it all... I was not injured, not downed nothing, I just lost the med kit.. Was not as sad because I was the one bringing it but still...
