Behaviour needs to severely punish cheaters

You guys need to start severely punishing cheaters. I just played two matches in a row with different survivors and one survivor worked with the killer each game. This happens every day that I play. And they make it completely obvious, because they dont care. I report it after the matches but apparently its not addressed or it wouldnt be so rampant. I can deal with tunneling and camping, not fun but at least its just one person being a waste of space not two. Working with the killer completely ruins the game for me. I dont even want to play now because of it, and thats sad because if no one ruins the experience I love the game. What exactly does someone have to do in order for behaviour to act? Do they not consider teaming up cheating? I might be alone here but I do consider that cheating. And if I made a game and it was brought to my attention I would ban the guilty parties. Im sure I’ll get made fun of for this post but I value honesty and integrity which Im seeing the opposite in my fellow players lately. Its just sad.
