Did the clowns bow change purple for anyone else?

Clicked on clown today and saw that his bow was purple. It's supposed to be red, it's the same on his prestige cosmetic as well. I don't know when this happened cause I rarely play clown.
Anyone else experiencing this? I have none of the colorblind filters on and I suspect it's probably a bug that has to do with that.

I wonder if a red bow meant something, and they changed it because of that.
