eac issues with ptb

I play heavily and was last on late last night with no issues. Opted into ptb and it immediately starts eac issues. I wondered if it was read-only status of my config files since I like to lock my fps and a couple of game settings so I made them read/write, but I continued to get the eac error. I verified files as it prescribed and still was kicked from match. Trying a fresh reinstall now.
