Are there still no rank rewards or is it only me who has a bug?

I hear some months ago about rank rewards are coming and i still don't receive anything like that. They haven't added it yet or I have a bug?

    Rank rewards will be introduced once Skill based matchmaking is turned on permanently to give rank another meaning.

    Then on rank reset you will also always get set back to rank 20.
