PS4 middle east latency problem

This has been ongoing for over a year, the latency hopped from 60ms to 150ms+ for all players in this region no one is able to play, the game is unplayable everything is a mess since then, please care about your game and players, it's been over a year with this problem not a single game I've played and heard of behaved like this
