They have like 600 people and probably split the teams anyways so I doubt it matters. The quality will be the same either way they just have so many employees for quantity sake.

Every killer is overpowered if anything. All of them are well over the 2K per match on average. We know what happens when they are buffed, look at leatherface. Trickster has almost no counterplay now.

Getting the RE license will boost this games sales and new player influx.
More players means shorter queues (at least when they want to play different roles).
So what's not to like about it?

I prefer a fun game. More killers means more fun, and when BHVR refuse to do anything substantial in terms of game mechanics and gamemodes outside of DLC, this is all that's keeping the game from getting stale. We've literally had 1 gamemode for 5 years, the 3 mechanics they have added in those 5 years were totems, endgame collapse and breakable walls and that's ######### it.
Balance patches instead of DLC would be so incredibly boring and people would quit playing.

Capcom/RE wanted to announce their chapter this soon. That’s not on BHVR, they usually keep it secret until one week or even up to one hour before the PTB.
This doesn’t have anything to do with Trickster.
And we all knew that there would be an anniversary chapter with a new killer.
Stop complaining about literally everything and start to give constructive criticism where it is actually needed (there is enough in this game really). Otherwise no one can take your complaints seriously.

Mr X can bust through a cement wall and were suppose to believe a wooden pallet can stop him? Wesker can do some Devil May Cry/Bayonetta #########. Chris can push a boulder the size of a garage. In RE you can kill almost anything that's chasing you. In DBD your not meant to be able to fight back. Your suppose to run away. While you do run from Mr X but that's not because you can't fight. It's because it's a waste of ammo. Just because both games are horror does not mean they are the same.

To be fair. Michael Myers got hit by a car. Shot by a entire malitia. Fell off a balcony. Got blown up at point blank range and walked out of the exploshion.Got shot with a shotgun point blank. Got injected with acid. Can lift people over double his size with ease. I could go on. But he gets hit with a pallet and shits himself. Not impressed? Pyramid head: entirely de-skins people with ease. Lifts a noteable 120 pound weapon with one hand. Smashed through 2 metal doors. Is labeled as completly immortal. Killed one of the strongest monsters with one hit. Rules silent hill (everyone hides when he appears). Can teleport seemingly. Demogorgon:oh here we go. Busted through a concrete wall. Busted through a metal wall. Survived continous gunfire unscathed. Can form portals which requires more energy than mankind has ever generated. It took a giant telepathic blast of energy to fully kill him.

I mean the chapter is only announced because of the Capcom RE event that happened; they'd have almost definitely left it for their anniversary livestream otherwise. We don't know who the new killer is yet, also.

All people do is complain complain like it their game they do what they want with it if u don’t like how they get these awesome licenses then go find another game like for anything getting resident evil into dbd is the best thing that could come to dbd so people need to stop complaining already every post I see is someone complaining about how they shouldn’t add this killer or they need to stop making chapters and focus on bugs fixes

Thats a good Conspiracy theory. I like it here's my take on it. I wouldn't be surprised if less players played the game after that underwhelming update so they did damage control by saying theres going to be an RE update so dbd boosts its numbers up. Only because they usually don't do early announcements they usually do it the day before or the ptb day.
