Im only a rank 10 killer main and I main Doctor and i do well mostly 3-4ks but its still a little rough when dealing with red ranks my build right now is distressing, unnerving presence, whispers, and as of right now hex devour hope, but I'm grinding for starstruck and I normally run the calm addons for the tr boost but when not those I run the pallet ones (sorry i forget their name). Is this build ok? If not can i get some suggestions on how to improve it.

    Distressing and unerving presence scale poorly as your opponents' skill level increases.

    STBFL, corrupted, PGTW, surge, thrilling tremors, brutal str are all decent perks for doc. Pick whatever fits your playstyle best, this killer is rather versatile perk-wise.
