The true altruism - perk idea & 1 QoL change
Whenever your teammate would die on hook, while you are not hooked and haven't yet reached 2nd stage on hook, they get additional stage, while you are moved up 1 stage. You get +100% bloodpoints for actions in altruism category and 10% speed to healing and unhooking other survivors.
Just a random idea i got. I guess it could maybe get abused by SWF a bit? But on the other hand, if killer is not hard tunneling someone, they shouldnt really feel it.
Also one more idea: show players, how much points in each category they have during the game. Maybe even let survivors see scores of other players in trial. It wont change anything in red ranks, while may encourage low rank players to stop licking walls, when they notice they are far behind in points compared to other players.

I LIKE the direction of ur perk idea... I just don't know about the healing speed buff... If it should be a selfless perk, like babysitter than u shouldn't have any buffs besides the hook stage trade. Because a hook stage trade seems really strong. 4 Survs are a lot of stronger than 3 survs. So I think there shouldn't be a healing buff. The unhook buff is ok though it doesn't have much impact.
And about the point state... I don't know. DBD is so casual and points doesn't tell much about ur doing. A guy whose looking for totems is still useful but he won't have so much points like the other ones. It would help if the point differences very large though... Mmh.

I just wanted to compensate for the drawback that would make you die faster, so solo players would run it too, but sure, if its too strong the healing speed can go or be lowered. Or replaced with other fitting effect, that would be altruistic.

I think it would be useful for so called "wall-lickers" in low ranks, that don't even realise they should be doing something instead of just crouching around. I think it could be nice experiment for BHVR to turn such feature on, collect data on games and turn it off again, to see how it affects the playstyles of players. Never ignore opportunity to gather data, without data you cant really improve, you can just err in the darkness
