Imo the best buff for him would be to change his movespeed from 110% into 115% then he would be good. He requires too many hits, not to mention the Decay on his knifes.
I dont quite understand why there are Decays, I dont enjoyed playing him sadly, as you literally feel handicapped and vs experienced survivors you just get stomped.
He takes too long to down survivors with his knifes, compared to huntress where its a confirmed one hit.
Also the addon that requires you not to miss despite being Red is super bad, its so easy to miss with him
Stats in the long run should explain enough, i quite like him as a character and ability, but hes just too weak
