When can we expect the real pallet stun fix?
Can we expect it this year or more likely in year 2030? Maybe they will announce another fake bugfix to bamboozle us a little more.
Half of my chases i lose are because of this bullshit. But hey, they fixed it smh

Maybe someone can tell us something about this absolute bullshit? Will it take one year? 6 Months? 3 Months (my bet btw. because its killersided). I am so done with this game at the moment, i loved it but its so ridicolously stupid, i canยดt even....

It's bad alright, but it's a big break for killers from "Okay I'm gonna step back to avoid the stun. Oh, I just get stunned anyway because the hitbox is huge." type situations.

Guaranteed if there was a bug that affected how killers could hit survivors you'd see a lot more complaining.

That's the same as saying if gens couldn't be touched because of a bug and survivors couldn't escape there would be more complaining...โฆ

Could we please get back to the whole problem? This ######### is unplayable because of how useless the dev team seems to be when it comes around fixing some real issues? But heeeey another tome -.-

Lol actually its pretty hard to play survivor... getting hits while in the other side of the palette + not stunning the killer with them but yeah welcome to DBD Killsided game.. don't forget to buy the new rift <3

and sorry, but this is completely incomparable. On killer side it would be like a gen which will turn on just like that without a survivor touching a gen.
For a survivor, if you get hit through pallets 2 times, youยดre down, the chase is over + the pallet is gone.

Whenever you see a fix for breakdown.
Bug fixes aren't as easy as pressing a few keys and hitting "post comment." First, you have to find what's causing the bug, which is often multiple factors. Fixing it without creating more glitches is an even more arduous task. Meanwhile, trying to make a mockery of BHVR out of spite and pettiness is getting us absolutely nowhere. So maybe don't.

You are right but the problem is, they made an annoucement on twitter, that they fixed it and they didnยดt. Why would you do that? They showed, that they are incapable of holding their word. And honestly: They brought this bug, i rather play without an update than with buggy hitboxes.

"Don't worry guys we'll fix it soon...in 7 months"
3 -
Their failure to completely patch the bug was because of inexperience, not dishonesty. It looks like they made some changes and it's less egregious, but not quite back to normal. Until then, it's just time to wait.

then we are back on incapacity. Sorry but we pay a lot to play this game, so we can expect at least a minimum of effort and not only new skins (thats what we get actually). As i said before, i rather have them progressing on fixing bugs than pressuring new chapters every 3 months (which finally only result in new bugs). But i can understand, they want to milk that cashcow as long as possible.

It is comparable because it's the other side of what survivors are dealing with now. Playing the pallet right but still getting punished.

It is disconcerting for me that we're already seeing new content being pushed out while there are still bugs and glitches in place since the Twins update. New content is going to bring new bugs, and it's just going to add to the list. I would much prefer if the devs stopped focusing on new content and instead focused on QoL (such as more accessibility options), stability, and bug-stomping.

Hopefully soon, its better than before but still bad.

It's disgusting that a core mechanic can be left in a broken state for this amount of time. Imagine if in a game like overwatch it turned out soldier:76 could continually fire without reloading due to a bug (made up example btw) and the devs just said "ah well, we'll get to it when we get to it. In the meantime, go finish those challenges!" BHVR is awful.

They really don't have to pause content, they just need to work harder. Maybe hire some more people. If they stop content this game will die.

It's bugs like this that completely justify people using Breakdown.
As long as the pallet bug is in the game, I'm gonna use Breakdown and encourage others to do the same.

Sigh, hopefully before next chapter.

No. I don't expect people to just "work harder." That's a tremendous problem in the gaming industry, with greedy companies expecting people to wreck themselves in order to churn out content faster and faster.

Well the employees at bhvr have said they work when and how they want to. So imo they need to work harder, because they are in general severely lacking.

So a bug justifies abusing an exploit?
Great mindset right there ๐
2 -
If running a perk is abusing an exploit when the perk is bugged, then lunging at pallets is abusing an exploit when the hitbox is bugged.
Eye for an eye.

What were they trying to adjust that broke them in the first place? you don't break pallets unless you were trying to shadow nerf/buff something.
