Trickster buff ideas

Hello, as we all know The Trickster needs some buffs and I have a few ideas on how to do so, and please do voice your opinions on my ideas. 1: He should move at 115% because he has a hard time keeping up in the chase and his power isn't powerful enough in my opinion to need the handicap. 2: Main Event should be able to be saved for later because it would promote use of the ability and add a bit more strategy and like in 4.6.0 PTB he should be able to fire when he wants to, and also The Oni has the choice of when to use his power so why can't it be the same way with Trickster. 3: When holding knives he should move at 100% and slightly slower than survivors when throwing knives as it is still easy to run away from him when using knives.
