Once you have signed in, on the right hand side you can use the "report bug" button to be able to fully report the bug you've encountered. Thank you.

Unable to load into game
Dear BHVR, I didn't know where to ask about this so I've put it here.
I've been having issues loading Dead by Daylight since the 4.6.1 update. I can start the application, watch the trailer (since the update it has been the new trickster trailer), and then press 'x' (as I'm a playstation user) to load the game, however it doesn't go much further than that. I cannot move the cursor and the there is no visual change either.
- The game doesn't crash or display any errors either after even an hour of the one screen displaying.
- (attached should be a screenshot of the image that becomes frozen on my screen), however I don't believe the game is frozen as I can still hear the audio (softly crackling fire) from the menu screen.
I have restarted the application several times, cleaned my disk, swapped wifi connection and waited a few days now browsing over forums and twitter to see if anyone else has this issue and if so, had they resolved it.
I play from the PlayStation 4 (original PS4, not the pro or slim), and have been for roughly 3 years now, this is only my second time encountering an issue like this.
This issue has only occured since the 4.6.1 update for me. I usually play Dead by Daylight with some of my friends, however none of them have experienced this issue, only I am unable to play the game.
