What do I do if the rest of my auric cells haven’t gone into my account?

So I bought auric cells on mobile but I’m confused. It confirmed I got charged and said I would get the rest of my auric cells once the game has been launched or something like that. What do I do? I tried relaunching the game already.

    Strange. I'm not familiar with the mobile version myself, but try contacting support if they still haven't gone through yet.

    Hope it gets sorted :)
