New Chapter Idea: The Orphan
Backstory "The Orphan, once named Katie, has always wanted a family of her own, but it never seems to work out. Each time she's picked by a new couple or family something goes terribly wrong. Why don't they love her? Why are they scared? With each passing the day the orphans true nature was revealed and the family lives in terror, but they can't get away. "Accidents" keep happening around the house while the obsessive child's need to keep her mom close to her compels her to do horrifying deeds until only mommy remains. Can this mommy be the perfect mommy or do we keep looking?" The entity has revoked Katie's name and she is now known only as The Orphan while she continues her search in the fog for her new family.
The Orphan - Little girl killer with pigtails and a black dress. Wears a happy face mask to conceal The Orphans face. Smaller than average sized killers but still tall enough to be fairly visible (probably a little taller than the pig is when crouching) sings a creepy old time nursery rhyme that gets louder to the survivors when she is near to help balance out her decreased visibility.
Movement speed is reduced to 110% but terror radius is decreased to 24ft from 32ft.
Weapon is a kitchen knife - A knife taken from the kitchen of her new family's home. It is covered in blood from removing obstacles between her and her new mommy.
Basic Attack - When The Orphan attacks she does a two handed thrust in the direction she is facing.
When a survivor is downed since The Orphan is small she drags the body instead of carrying it. Her movement speed is increased by 15% while dragging a survivor but they have an increased chance to wiggle free.
Special Attack - Skipping Rope: The orphan begins skipping rope (jump rope) to power up for a speed bursts. The Orphan speed burst for 6.9 m/s to knock down survivor to dying state. Has a reset rate of 2/3/5 seconds for each failed attempt. After 3 failed attempts The Orphan is fatigued for 3 seconds.
Perk - Hide and Seek: Players entering or exiting lockers, or moving over pallets and windows make louder noise notifications even if they are not sprinting. The Orphan calls out "Ready or not, here I come" if the survivor is within the terror radius. Has a cool down of 60/40/30 seconds.
Perk - Tag you're It: When a player is injured with a basic attack they are marked as "It" and become the obsession. The obsession gains a speed boost 2/3/6% until someone else becomes the obsession. The killer and obsession can see each others auras with 8 meters if looking in each others direction. The killer calls out, "Tag you're it" when marking the obsession.
Perk - Where's Mommy?: After hooking a survivor your terror radius increases by 20/10/5 foot radius for 2/3/5 seconds but players in 5/10/20 meter radius from the hooked survivor are revealed for 2 seconds to the killer.

Map - Family Home: Large home with multiple rooms and 2 levels has visible fire damage to the house. Front door, back door and side door enter and exits areas. Outside detached garage with 1 car parked in it. "The Cellar/Basement" area entrance is in the garage. Outdoors there is a play area/jungle gym and lightly wooded/shrubbery landscaping for hiding. Large privacy fencing around the property has one escape gateway in the back yard area and the long driveway is gated with the other escape gateway.
The Survivor - Amanda Stephens: Amanda always wanted a family of her own but after years of no success with her husband Peter to have a baby the couple decides to adopt. While visiting an orphanage they meet Katie, The Orphan. A sweet and timid girl whose been in and out of the orphanage over the years due to tragic accidents. Amanda immediately bonds with the sweet girl and the couple takes her home with them. Once The Orphan gets into the house that's when things began to change. Amanda and Peter awake in the middle of the night to the girls standing at the foot of the bed. The dog disappears a few days later when when Katie is playing outside with it. Peter finds it's body in the cellar when the smell in the garage becomes strong. Strange things happen around the house and as the sweet girl clings closer and closer to Amanda, she and Peter fear her more with each passing day. Who is The Orphan they brought home and just why did her other family have tragic accidents? After several weeks pass and an intense argument between Peter and Amanda to return Katie to the orphanage ends with Peter sleeping in the living room, The Orphan makes her move to remove him. Amanda wakes up to a violent scene in the living room and finds Peter dead. Terrified of Katie, The Orphan, Amanda attempts to flee the house. In a desperate attempt to rid herself of The Orphan, Amanda locks the Orphan in the house and sets fire to it. Can she escape The Orphan or will the obsessed child continue to follow Amanda?
Amanda Stephens appearance: Average height female with brown hair and green eyes. Wears business casual clothes.
Perk - D.I.N.K. (Double Income No Kids): At the beginning of the match the killers aura will be revealed to you for 5 seconds along with the auras of the generators and chests revealed to you for 5/10/15 seconds.
Perk - Play time: When you are the killers obsession, you gain the endurance status effect 6/8/10 seconds and your action speeds for repairing, healing, and cleansing are increased by 4/6/8%.
Perk - Spousal Support: When you successfully unhook a survivor you both gain the haste status effect for 2/3/5 seconds and do not leave scratch marks for 2/3/5 seconds.
