It's strangely always inconvenient to use, even when you seem to have a perfect moment for it.
Instead I propose a change of how it works.
Keep his requirement to activate the perk BUT!
Instead of getting basically a machine gun mode he instead spins around throwing 10 knives in a horizontal line which also bounce 3 times.
Addons can either: Increase the amount of knives being thrown by main event, how quickly you can get main event and maybe have a iridescent addon where he spins twice throwing 2 waves of 10 bouncy knives.
