Hex perks new mechanic - Entity's vengeance.
Every time when hex perk is cleanse, Entity's vengeance activate. When activ, The Entity will block 1 random survivor perk for all survivors. Entity's vengeance is active until end of the game.
Entity's vengeance can be activ only by these perks:
Hex: Blood Favour
Hex: Crowd Control
Hex: Devour Hope
Hex: Huntress Lullaby
Hex: Ruin
Hex: The Third Seal
Perks with protective effects or end game perks can't activ Entity's vengeance.
Entity's vengeance can't be activ by these perks:
Hex: Haunted Ground
Hex: No One Escapes Death
Hex: Retribution
Hex: Thrill of the Hunt
Hex: Undying
The idea is: Killers can lose their hex perks really quickly. This will force survivors to decide if it's time to cleanse this totem and risk the sacrifice they own perk. Entity's vengeance can block even used perks. (If survivor used DS, Entity's vengeance can still block DS.) Entity's vengeance can have 4 stacks. (This will happen when killer use 4 perks with Entity's vengeance)
