clownisunderated and clownisking dont even try to convince me his yellow bottle is good get out of here

Clown is OP though. Bottles slow survivors down and bad players get carried by it. Needs nerf.

Who are your 5 meta killers?

But he’s already fine. The only thing survivors can do is waste pallets quickly, only to still go down quickly.
Clown played properly means the survivors can’t get gens done fast enough to exceed the frequency of downs he’s getting.
This means Slugging is an excellent tactic with him because it wastes so much of the survivors time with how often 1 or 2 survivors are on the ground.

Clown is incredibly good. Still the most misunderstood killer in the entire game, but hey it is what it is.

Yea, the very few of us who have dumped like 1k+ hours into him pretty much fully understand him enough. Usually people also underestimate the player when they see a clown, so when they see one of us they end up 99.9% of the time losing due to the fact that he is so good when played correctly that leaves not much counterplay on most maps, but then again most people who try to play Clown fail typically call him a weak killer when he is not. He is still in my opinion one of the highest skill ceiling killers in the game due to you having to know every single loop where to bottle throw at. Which angle etc... Once you have that down you become an unstoppable force. Players like us are extremely rare though.

so hes a worse bubba because bubba does that better

You don't mind me asking what are the counters to clown. Just in case I can be prepared for when I go up against a good clown.

The majority of survivors just don’t want to accept that they need to (or should) play stealthy against Clown.
Survivors think Clown is a joke until they go against one they can’t win chases against. They don’t heal because they want to use their Dead Hard, and then DC because the chase lasted less than 10 seconds.

Bubba can’t control the survivors and the loops like Clown can.

i will agree at a jungle gym clown is better than bubba but on every other tile with bamboozle bubba is better

This isn't wrong actually, because that's how long chases usually last when you are god tier at clown lol.

Bubba isn't that hard to counter even with bamboozle. Clown is totally the opposite since he is so oppressive on every single tile in the game. The only tile I think clown struggles with is myers house and groaning storehouse main building.

I wouldn’t say groaning store house main building is too bad, but yeah Haddonfield houses are annoying.

Honestly, the survivors that give me the most trouble are the ones that respect him. I.e. are stealthy or/and skittish.
I don’t have much trouble finding stealthy survivors, but it’s still time not actively spent in a chase.
And skittish survivors that flee a gen the moment I’m spotted halfway across the map, or the moment they hear the TR are generally detrimental to my time, whether that survivor is good or bad at chases, it’s still additional time spent trying to cover ground in a survivor watching my every move. The Antidote addresses this behaviour to a degree, but I’d prefer to keep those for loop set ups impossible for a survivor to deal with.

I don't find clown oppressive at any safe tile. Bubba is not oppressive at any tile but a strong bubba player breaks pallet so quickly that you will create massive dead zones with Bubba and he's instant down killer meaning that if your out-position, your going down mate. This with extremely fast pallet breaks creates great zoning capacity to down survivors that have cornered themselves in the map. Also most Bubba players tend to use the perk "Tinkerer" which is very deadly perk that you need to pay attention as survivor.
With clown, he is actually very slow at brute forcing pallets and he has no innate instant down capacity meaning that even if your out of position, your still have opportunity to loop clown for awhile. He will down you eventually but he's probably lost entire game from holding W and breaking a lot of pallets. The slugging aspect does not exist with clown because clown is in fact terrible at snowballing vs solid loopers and offers no capacity to pressure split generator pressure around the map nor knock-off many health states quickly(like Bubba can).
I still think that if clown's yellow bottles had no activation delay, he could be a difficulty killer to beat because he would potential blight-level speed between loops and he could probably play most safe pallets even when dropped.
The speed-up and slowdowns would very unpredictable to play around. Doubt they'll ever make clown a force reckon though.

would you ever be willing to upload gameplay? i don't mean to be repetitive, but I'm really struggling with clown and would love to see some high level clown gameplay. none of the videos i have found out there are very helpful.
