Rarity of chest is bugged

Hello,

As the title says, the rarity of chests is bugged for the default state.

In the attached pictures, I opened 30 chests without Plunderer's Instict and the other 30 with the perk.

As a result, I got 7 purple keys and 3 skelton keys without Plunderer's Instinct. Rest of the items were mostly purple and green.

Without Plunderer's Instinct : 3 Ultra rare, 11 Very rare, 8 Rare, 5 Uncommon, 3 Common.

With Plunderer's Instinct, I got 1 skelton key and rest of them were mostly yellow, green, purple.

With Plunderer's Instinct : 3 Ultra rare, 6 Very rare, 14 Rare, 3 Uncommon, 4 Common.

I'm not sure if the probability with Plunderer's Instinct is correct, but the default state is absolutely broken as 1/3 of them were keys.
