Suggestions for Billy's add-ons

Billy's add-ons and basekit have been nerfed some time ago. I'm fine with the overheat but I personally think that now his add-ons do very little for him. I think that bringing back some of the old charge add-ons and maybe buff/cange some of them would make him more fun and "scary" to go against. I'm not talking about bringing back instasaw, that surely was a bit too strong, but he really needs some love from the devs. What do ya think? #makebillygreatagain

    Im the opposite im fine with some of the weak af addons. But fix billys basekit! I shouldnt do 3 things and ovetheat!
