Can survivors have wounds from getting hit/hooked?

Please BHVR add wounds to the game, Just like you guys tested it back when billy & bubba were changed the PTB had survivor wounds Bring them back :)

When you get hit/hooked the survivor you're playing as will have blood on their body, It won't have any impact on gameplay Just visually
