Semi permanent loss of speed as killer after lag spike

I was playing as Clown and I had a random lag spike that lasted a while. At the end of it I was teleported back where I was when it started and my movement because extremely slow and stuttering, as you can see in the video. After trying various actions, in the end being blinded by a survivor fixed it.
