Add a Thank You/Gratitude button after session?

There are often times where I enjoyed a game with a player and want to express my gratitude for them getting me off of a hook, or giving me an item, etc. Or they are an desktop player and I'm console so the option to send a message doesn't even exist

If it were possible, I would LOVE a gratitude button I could press after a session to directly tell the player I appreciated playing with them.
