NEw Killer 1: The Lust

(Or the Fervor, if Lust wouldn't be better for recognition).

Killer Data

Appearance: A tall woman with no weapon, but the ability to extend the length of her fingers to the point where each of them acts as spears.

Speed: 115% (4.6 m/s)

Terror Radius: 32 meters

Height: Tall

Power: Ultimate Spear

Ultimate Spear can be charged by holding m2. Holding m2 will slow the Lust down to 90% speed for the duration it is held, and for half a second after it is let go. Ultimate Spear's charge acts like Hillbilly's, having a bar showing how much it's charged and taking awhile from full charge for it to be canceled.

It takes 1 second to fully charge Ultimate Spear, and when fully charged clicking m1 will activate it, extending one of the Lust's fingers in a straight line 12 meters infront of her. This moves at about 500% speed. (Yes she can be a STBFL machine).

Missing this will slow the Lust down to 80% speed for 2 seconds, while hitting a Survivor with it will impale them, knocking them to the ground for half a second and removing the boost they get after being attacked, but the Lust cannot move and is locked in an animation for 3.5 seconds.

Add-ons
  • Slightly decreases the time it takes to charge Ultimate Spear.
  • Inflicts the Hemorrhage/Mangled status effect until healed after hitting a Survivor with Ultimate Spear.
  • Inflicts the Oblivious/Blindness status effect for 40 seconds after hitting a Survivor with Ultimate Spear.
  • Inflicts the Exhaustion status effect for 10 seconds after hitting a Survivor with Ultimate Spear.
  • Slightly/moderately/considerably decreases the cooldown after missed Ultimate Spears.
  • Slightly/moderately increases movement speed while charging Ultimate Spear.
  • Slightly extends the time a Survivor's recovery time after being hit with Ultimate Spear.
Iridescent Add-ons
  • Iridescent Nail - Hitting a Survivor with Ultimate Spear will inflict them with the Deep Wounds status effect if they are injured, but do no damage otherwise. Survivors impaled by Ultimate Spear have to struggle by holding m1 for 5 seconds, with 1 skill check per second that failing will double the time it takes to struggle (but hitting a great skill check will decrease the time it takes to struggle by 1 second), and are Exposed for that time. While a Survivor is struggling, the Lust can vault pallets and windows, and can do a basic attack or lunge. When a basic attack is initiated while a Survivor is struggling, they will be freed and be able to move. Slightly increases the time it takes to charge Ultimate Spear.
  • Flame Alchemist's Glove - Ultimate Spear starts with 2 charges, and can have a max of 3 charges. 1 charge is gained every 40 seconds. 1 charge can be used by clicking m1 again while Ultimate Spear is active to double its range. When this is done, Ultimate Spear will curve in a direction dictated by the direction being held by the Lust. If Ultimate Spear hits a wall while curving, it will bounce off and target the nearest Survivor (that isn't behind the wall it hit). While targeting a Survivor, Ultimate Spear's speed is halved. Slightly increases the time it takes to start recovering from a missed Ultimate Spear.

Perks

Boasting Presence

Your confident aura annoys Survivors, and you know how to exploit that annoyance.

While in your Terror Radius, a Survivor's skill check moves 10/15/20% faster. While in a chase, if the chase has lasted more than 15 seconds, all Survivor's vaulting speeds are decreased by 10%.

Graceful Crook

You were made to cause havoc, and that purpose is one you excel at.

If you hit a Survivor with a basic attack while they're carrying an item, that Survivor is inflicted with the Exhaustion status effect for 4 seconds, multiplied depending on the rarity (common: x1, uncommon: x2, rare: x3, super rare: x4, ultra rare: x5). Exhaustion does not recover while running. Graceful Crook can only activate once every 60/50/40 seconds.

A Homunculi's Allure

Your immortality and health are sought after by many.

You become Obsessed with 1 Survivor. For 10 seconds after a chase starts, the Obsession can see your aura. While a Survivor can see your aura, all Survivors become Exposed. There can only be one Obsession at a time. A Homunculi's Allure can only activate once every 60/50/40 seconds.

New Killer 2: The Envy

Killer Data

Appearance: A young man, who looks surprisingly weak for what he is and doesn't even have a weapon.

Speed: 115% (4.6 m/s)

Terror Radius: 32 meters

Height: Average

Power: Foul Form

Foul Form can be charged by holding m2. It takes 2 seconds to charge Foul Form. While charging, the Envy slightly grows in size and slowly turns green depending on how long it's been charged. While charging, the Envy moves at 95% speed. When fully charged, The Envy will rush forwards for up to 16 meters, moving at 200% speed. During this time his head turns to more that of his original form's (if you know you know). Hitting a Survivor with Foul Form will injure them, and hitting a pallet or breakable wall will break it without slowing down or stunning the Envy. Turning radius is slightly restricted while using Foul Form, but not nearly as much as a Killer like the Blight. If Foul Form is cancelled, it takes 1 second for the Envy to return to his normal movement speed.

Secondary Power: Envious Form

Holding CTRL will slow the Envy down to 100% speed for 1 second, during which time he transforms to the Survivor he last hit (or a random Survivor if the Envy hasn't hit anybody yet). While transformed, the Envy is Undetectable and moves at 100% speed. He vaults at normal Survivor speed, but cannot do any other actions and is locked into running. Envious Form can be cancelled by hitting CTRL again, in which case the Envy slows down to 80% for 1 second before returning to normal speed, or by attacking with either m1 or m2. The Envy cannot lunge while using Envious Form, and while charging m2 he doesn't slow down but he does grow slightly larger and turn green. Envious Form has a cooldown of 20 seconds.

Add-ons
  • Survivors hit by Foul Form are inflicted with the Mangled/Hemorrhaged status effect for 40 seconds/for 60 seconds/until they're healed.
  • Slightly decreases the time it takes to charge Foul Form.
  • Slightly/moderately increases the speed you move while using Foul Form.
  • moderately/considerably/tremendously decreases the time it takes to activate Envious Form.
  • Slightly decreases the time it takes to cancel Envious Form.
  • Slightly/moderately increases the distance you can lunge out of Envious Form.
  • Slightly/moderately decreases the time it takes to charge Foul Form while using Envious Form.
Iridescent Add-ons
  • Iridescent Stone - With Envious Form, you always transform into the Survivor farthest away from you at the time of transforming. While using Envious Form, you can see the aura of the Survivor you're transformed as. Tremendously decreases the time it takes to activate Envious Form. Slightly increases the time it takes to charge Foul Form.
  • Scorched Eye - While charging Foul Form while Envious Form is not active, you can see the aura of your Obsession. Hitting the Obsession with Foul Form will instantly down them, but hitting any other Survivor with it will not inflict a health state of damage, instead Hindering them by 20% for 10 seconds.
Perks

Hatred of the Weak

You're disgusted at the mere thought of these weak insects winning against you.

Being stunned with a pallet will make the Survivor who stunned you Exposed for 20 seconds. Hatred of the Weak can only activate once every 60/50/40 seconds.

Hex: Informative Cowardice

You pride yourself on your ability to predict a human's actions.

If you hit a Survivor with a basic attack and put them in the dying state, the aura of the Survivor farthest from you is shown to your for 10 seconds, also you become Undetectable for 30 seconds. Hex: Informative Cowardice can only activate once every 60/50/40 seconds.

A Homunculi's Jealousy

When all else has failed you, envy is all that guides you.

When the Exit Gates are powered, for the remainder of the trial all Haste status effects Survivors get you get as well. After a Survivor lets go of an Exit Gate without opening it, its aura is shown as white and it is blocked for 4/8/12 seconds.

New Map: Central Command

A map about as large as the Temple of Purgation, with a large structure off to one side, covering about a third of the map. Shack would be able to spawn in either of the open corners as well, with a jungle gym being able to spawn in the other.

To make up for how strong the structure would be, there would be a general lack of safety outside of it, as well as only 2 or 3 generators in it that would be very close to an entrance. Speaking of which, there would be a lot of entrances to it via broken walls or doorways.

1 generator is guaranteed to spawn in the Fuhrer's office on the second floor of the main building, with a ramp of rubble in front of the building leading almost directly into it.

a few safe pallets would be able to spawn in the main building, along with a few other unsafe ones. There would be multiple windows, but none that aren't next to a doorway.

Thank you for reading this! I was going to make 2 Survivors for this chapter as well, being Ed and Al (human Al of course), but I've spent long enough on this already. Feedback and suggestions would be heavily appreciated!
