Please fix the key bug

I am so sick and tired of this bug. In every game I play as killer, survivors find a key in a chest. It doesn't matter how hard they 3gen, or how many people I kill (unless it's all 4 lul), these survivors find a key and key out before the game is over. I've even had matches where survivors will BRING a key, and find ANOTHER key, so there are multiple keys in the game. I've resorted to slugging people when there are 2-3 gens left so they can't pop a gen, find hatch, and get out. It's really frustrating. I had 3 Nurse games in a row where the survivors had 1-2 gens left, were horribly 3 genned, and I had 3+ Devour Hope tokens, but someone found a key and so the remaining survivors escaped. How is this balanced? This bug hasn't even been addressed for the midchapter patch that's coming out on the 4th. And yes, I could run Franklins every game. The problem with that is if they find the key before I get to hit them, then it's rendered useless. Or if they don't pick up the key until hatch has spawned then I can't do anything about that either. This bug has really made me want to stop playing killer. This crap is so irritating.
