Bugged Hook on Yamaoka Estate

On PC, I was hooked in a tile adjacent to the manor in the corner. The hook was awkwardly placed near a tree with roots intersecting the hook's geometry. I was unable to be rescued off the hook, and didn't have to press spacebar to struggle.
