Can't fast vault

I got a new computer, a desktop fairly recently. Playing DbD on my laptop works fine, for some reason though, on desktop, fastvault does not work. If I'm holding shift and moving, I just can't vault windows or pallets. I've tried resetting my key binds, that didn't help and I really need a fix. Any one else experience this issue?

    I haven't heard of this issue personally, but if you're definitely 100% sure your keybinds are right, then it'll almost certainly be a problem with your keyboard. If possible, I'd try using a different keyboard to see if the issue persists to test this. Sometimes they can just have dodgy keys (my old one did), which may become more apparent when you have to hold the key down in order to do something like a fast vault.

    Another thing you could try is use the Windows on-screen keyboard to see if your shift key is holding down properly. Search for 'On-Screen Keyboard' in the search menu, open it up and give it a test.
