How to report a game for hacking?
So, I got the 3 survivors down pretty fast. 1 DC'ed, I hooked the other one who got left behind, I hooked another survivor who got left behind-but showed up as DC'ed minutes after they were dead. The last survivor is the one in the video. I couldn't pick them up, the icon says down, but they just kept healing themselves. Slowly they died after they kept healing themselves. All survivors are dead, and I'm literally stuck in the game. What do I do? I mean, clearly I have to DC, but this is pretty annoying. (I rotate the camera, sorry)

Report in-game and make a support ticket where you include the video.

You should also remove the video as the name of that player is visible, which is against forum rules.
What I can see in the video doesn't look like hacking to me but rather a bug.
