Spirit has collision with survivors while phasing

Playing spirit for a few games noticed I was getting collision against the survivors while phasing, playing ps4, anytime I phased and came to where survivors were noticed I was getting collision with them. No video but was able to do it over multiple games on different maps.

Update is the collision happens when a survivor stops running or crouches.
