Share Your Loadout | Killer and Survivor Friendly

PROLOGUE

Okay, let's let some steam out and share a loadout that you enjoy, we all have our own playstyles! 😁

Survivor

  • Decisive Strike

Killers have been getting too comfortable after the perk has been balanced, so I use this just to make the killer take a risk with tunneling other survivors and to actually punish them if they tunnel me.

  • Soul Guard

It's situational, but really strong when it does work. Killers who slug with NOED often allow me to reset the entire team or trade downs until they catch on that they can't slug me.

  • Camaraderie

Also situational, but it allows more time for my teammates to rescue me when the killer decides to guard me during the endgame.

  • Kindred

Pretty good perk for solo queue, especially when you have enough information to make safe rescues and figure out what your team is doing.

Killer

  • BBQ & Chili

Allows me to quickly find another survivor as Nurse and keep momentum going. As a nice bonus, double BP when I hook everyone.

  • I'm All Ears

Removes any type of line of sight juke, especially with the upcoming perk Lucky Break. Survivors that are running a juke perk (Dance With Me + Quick and Quiet) often get comfortable and stand still to stop their scratch marks, which allows me a free hit.

  • Devour Hope

Yup, once I get enough pressure going survivors won't have enough time to search for my Hex Totem. Pretty much seals the deal once I get 3 tokens.

  • Haunted Grounds/ Thrill of The Hunt/ Undying

Adds a bit more of effort to deactivate Devour since it's not going to be a free cleanse without facing a consequence on yourself. Pretty disgusting sometimes when TOTH is basically a second objective or else Devour just cleans them up.

    Windows of oppurtunity:

Bc i want to be braindead when looping

    Decisive strike:

Bc i dont trust my teammates and the killer

    Iron will:

Bc i play ace and otherwise i would have 5 perks

    Dead hard:

Did i mention that i like to loop without thinking? But seriously its really versatile and you cant waste pallets in solo que

I have different loadouts for every killer, so it would take too much time. When you want a loadout from a specific killer, just ask and i will reply.

Right now on survivor I'm running:

DS (your same reason, i actually started using it more often because of the nerf)

    Windows of opportunity (soloq)

Dead hard (it's just too good)

    4th perk is either: kindred/WGLF/hunch/BT

On my main killer (nurse) until yesterday I'd say my main build would be shadowborn/whispers/bbq/surge-iron maiden but I changed shadowborn for devour hope and man I'm having so much fun

    Survivor:

    Borrowed Time: for camping reasons...

Adrenaline: Never know when you be chased for 5 gens straight..

    Unbreakable: To counter slugging =D

We're Gunna Live Forever: Also to counter Slugging, (And free bp)

    Killer:

    Pop / Ruin: Oyesh.

Save the Best for Last: Glorious Perk,

Bbq: I need bp again x_x

    Sloppy: Underrated perk,

My Survivor Build I call my "UCant Hook dis!" it is of course played on adam francis since he has that almost mc hammer hair.

    -PERKS-

    Boil Over

    Flip Flop

    Power Struggle

    Unbreakable

    -ITEMS-

Alex toolbox with sabbo speed addons

Ideally you want to run this away from other survivors using the tool box to sabbo the hooks by you that way u have more time to squirm. The only downside is no exhaustion perk.

    Survivor:

    We'll Make It

I prefer going for safe unhooks when the killer's occupied and doing the full aftercare package, so We'll Make It speeds up the process.

    Prove Thyself

For hammering out gens, and bloodpoints. Basically I like to be the guy that you feel a little relief when they run up to you and join you, because they've got perks that make what you're doing easier.

    Kindred

Vital information in solo queue. Knowing which direction the killer leaves in is amazing for getting safe saves, as is being able to see what my teammates are up to.

    Small Game

Totem awareness and aid locating hexes. I've got some spots memorized, but some maps I'm pretty bad on.

Sometimes I run BT or WGLF in place of Small Game.

    Killer:

    Corrupt Intervention

Synergizes with my main very well, and slows the early game progress down to a crawl.

    Ruin

I like games that last more than 5 minutes.

    Save The Best For Last

Really cuts down on chase length and punishes bodyblocking, sabotage, and BMing at the gates if I'm lucky.

    Barbeque And Chili

Boints. Great info perk, but it's here for the boints.

I know Ruin and Corrupt aren't a good match. I used to run Haunted Grounds instead of STBFL, which meant people would look for hexes in corrupted territory and usually find HG for some early instadowns, but just Ruin is playing with fire. I'll probably switch to Pop when I get Clown.

    Killer

    GEARHEAD

Feel free to kill me but I like this perk. Having info on every 2nd hit is very nice

    OPPRESSION

    Nice gen regression and info

    POP

Basic regression but works well with oppression

    BBQ

    Bp man

I'm a survivor main and I'm currently experimenting with different builds at the moment but my main builds now is

    Detectives Hunch

It's for mainly finding totems and it helps greatly against hex perks. It's also amazing at finding gens and it makes indoor maps a bit bearable.

    Iron Will

It's a great stealth perk and it's really helpful in chases. I also need it just in case I go against spirit

    Autodidact

I love being helpful to others so I take Autodidact to help heal other quickly.

    Dark Sense

This Is the perk I am experimenting with and I'm liking it so far. It's decent but not useless.

Bond: Avoid teammates while looping or if I don’t want a particularly immersive and annoying survivor to get away I’ll stick near them.

Self Care: Don’t care about teammates, the hate over self care is overrated

Sprint burst: Very little counterplay killers have to use against it

Decisive: Since it’s nerf killers have been way more tunnel friendly and it’d annoying.

    As killer

    Bbq: Bloodpoints

    Whispers: tracking

  • Member Posts: 798

    When I tryhard(therefore rarely):

    DS BT DH IW

    DH DH IW Plunderer

    I don't play killer

    Yeah thought so xD.

But if the people doesnt want to bring x perk, it doesnt mean is underrated.

Iron will is really good and i see a few survivors running it. And thanks to god. (Personally, i use it)

    Survivor:

    -Kindred (~90% solo)

    -Dead Hard

    -For The People

    -Resilience

Killer; depends who I play, but it's been a lot of Pig lately, so:

    -Whispers

-Surge or Pop Goes The Weasel

    -Surveillance

    -BBQ, Agitation, or Ruin

Both builds get mixed around pretty often, but yeah

  • Member Posts: 1,594
