Besides picking someone up, is there a way to cancel his wrath ability? I've looked online but couldn't find anything confirming or denying it. (PC)

I don't believe there is a way other than picking someone up.

No there isn't. Picking someone up or grabbing someone off/out of something are the only ways of cancelling it
