Is it just me or is there a Spirit shortage?
Right as I got my Spirit set all together (Iron Will, Spine Chill, Dance with Me, Q&Q) I realized that I haven't gone against a Spirit in a long time. Is this regional or is there something going on?
Also, should I replace a perk with Lithe to work with Dance with me?

I've been lucky enough to not go against many Spirits myself. I feel like a decent chunk of people refuse to play Spirit out of principle, similar to Hag.

That doesn't really help making you vs a Spirit since changing killers in lobby is no longer a thing. You'd have to hope the killer queued up having selected Spirit before.

I was hoping that non-spirit killers would be so disgusted by seeing someone want to go against a Spirit that they'd just leave until a Spirit came and said "hey, I won't kinkshame"

I haven't seen any spirits for a while too, pity, I like to play versus spirits. A lot of M1 killers which is pretty boring for me.

I've noticed a lack of Spirits lately too. Kind of a shame since M1 killers are really easy to run, nobody plays Nurse, and most Blights are really bad. Spirit at least offers a challenge. Most M1 killers are a 3 gen run unless they're gods.

I swear I think the devs take builds into consideration in matchmaking, it's like the second you put on a counter for a killer you never will get that killer until you take the build off lol Im aware that's probably not really how it works but it makes you wonder

I'm in Cali too but I go against Spirits a lot. I think you've just got REALLY good luck. I'm jealous.
Also it might be people getting bored constantly winning with Spirit.

Norcal? Friends in LA tell me it's sweatier than the tenth ring of hell, although I'm pretty sure the servers are the same.

Every time I play, I’m lucky to ever see a Spirit or a Nurse.
However, I see a ton of Freddy, Trappers, and only some Deathslinger.

I love spirit but I don't play her that often cause I know survivors hate going against her.

I used to play Spirit, but I've almost never been able to track via sounds in DbD; I used prediction and her collision to surprise survivors (scratch marks are too delayed to be useful, so for me phasing has always been useless in a chase). When they removed her collision, it really hurt my ability to get any post-phase hits. Before long I dropped her.
I miss her. I like her design and her power. I have a bunch of cosmetics for her. But a regular 110 M1 killer isn't much fun. Tier 1 Myers may be slow, but he has stealth.

She boring to play as. But I seen less hags, and tricksters than spirits.
