Speed 105%
Power: Reflex; You can vault 2x faster than all other killers and lunge 2x farther and faster, you can vault pallets by pressing (Secondary Ability) for each generator powered gain 1% speed
Perks:
Hex: Thrill of the Kill - for each survivor dead gain a token, for each token gain 2.5% speed up to 1/2/3 tokens.
Hex: Agony - For each Survivor hooked gain a token, for each token survivor repair speed is reduced by 2/2.5/3% up to 3/4/5 tokens.
Obsessive: You are obsessed and stop at nothing, if your Obsesstion stuns you (DS, Pallet, Flashlight) gain a token, 1 Token: Stun Duration reduced by 5/10/15%
3 Tokens: Blood wipe animation time reduced by 5/10/15%
5 Tokens: speed is increased by 1/3/5% and you apply Mangled on attack.

I like the idea but the percentages from your tokens are too small imo. Enduring is more powerful than your Obsessive because it's 50% I believe BUT doesn't cover the Flashlight stun, Thanatophobia is more powerful than Agony and that's not a totem, also Play With Your Food has a 5% speed increase per token and isn't a totem BUT yours has the advantage of not losing that speed when you swing your weapon. Other than that I like that his power naturally gives him a speed boost throughout the game as the Gens are done so despite being slow he has a huge endgame potential.
