Seriously don't know why they didn't just go with that idea for a buff instead of doing something way overboard. All the perk needed was to reduce the blood you left behind by 50%/75%/100% without having a timer attached to it. If it was changed in that way, no one would be complaining about it, and it would still be a useful perk.
