PC - Victor stuck in vortex after downing pounce
Whenever Victor downs a survivor with his pounce, it creates an invisible vortex on the ground somewhere around Victor. Victor is gently pulled into this vortex; he can escape it but moves at a reduced speed while doing so. While in the vortex, Victor cannot pounce or switch to Charlotte. This is very disruptive.
EDIT: I do now suspect that the inability to do stuff is a function of his increased cooldown. The vortex is still definitely a thing however.
Step 1: Down a survivor with Victor.
Frequency: Always
Maps: All
Perks: BBQ and Chili, Thanatophobia, Sloppy Butcher, Pop goes the Weasel.

I think this is another unadvertised nerf which essentially makes Victor run slower for an extra few seconds after the 5 second cooldown.

This was mentioned in the patch notes and is NOT a bug. He just moves funny that's all! He basically slides.
