(PC) Is it just me or does the game feel smoother?
It's kind of hard to explain but ever since the Update, the game feels way smoother. I usually play on low because ultra felt inexplicably clunky (I usually got 80 fps but it felt clunky in comparison to low where I usually average at around 100 fps). However, I tried out Ultra after the update because why not and suddenly it feels silky smooth? I know that sounds weird but I honestly can't tell if it's a placebo or not (I still average about 80 fps on Ultra). I first noticed it in the menus rotating the characters and whatnot and thought that was cool. Then I loaded into the game however and it remained just as good! They did say that they patched a bug that caused performance to suffer if a controller is plugged in (I always keep mine plugged in because I'm lazy). Perhaps that was the cause? I just wanna know that I'm not going crazy here, lol.

It definitely feels different to me too. I play survivor with a controller and the movement feels waaaay better, I’m not even sure what it is but it feels much more smooth and responsive.
So it’s not just you, and if you are crazy at least you’re not alone in it ;)

It isn't just you. It is so smooth that I was having trouble landing hits on people doing 360s. I'm going to have to learn my timing all over again because something is clearly different.

They fixed a mouse issue I think I saw on the patch notes. So that could be it.

Glad to know I'm not going crazy lol. Hopefully it stays like this! The game feels really good to play now. Credit where credit is due, Devs. Ya did good.

Agreed; I like the new smoother action. I just have to adjust to it. I had finally gotten my timing right to nip 360s in the bud and now I have to find the new sweet spot. Murphy's Law.
