Killer Concept: The Bullied
The Bullied:
In life, Dean was a shy introvert. He had his circle of friends, sure, but his quiet nature saw him pushed around and bullied in High School. He saw his share of the insides of lockers.
One day, the joke went too far.
It was the last day of school before summer break, with small parties in classrooms and just a jovial atmosphere. Dean was moving to first period when a few bullies decided to stick him in a locker one last time.
No one realized he was missing; many parents had allowed their kids to skip the final day, after all, and the bullies forgot about their prank in the rush of the final day of school.
By the time they remembered, they figured a janitor probably found him, or a teacher. Yeah, that's probably what happened. And a janitor DID find him, about a week before school was going to start up again.
Preliminary cleaning was being done, and there was an AWFUL smell coming from one of the back hallways. When they finally opened the locker Dean was in, the summer months with no air conditioning had taken its toll on his body. The school board decided to just remove the entire locker instead of clean it.
For Dean, however, the story does not end. When he was at his worst; delirious with hunger and thirst and the panic brought on by both, his mind finally snapped.
His eyes closed and he started to accept that this would be his eternal new home. His ragged breathing started to calm in the locker when he heard a new noise. People..screaming?
His locker looked different, too; wider than he remembered. And fog was pouring in. Without thinking, he pushed the door open and stepped out. Ahead, through the fog, he saw a man run by, looking terrified and glancing over her shoulder.
This made him happy; the jocks in school always looked at him like he was odd, and he looked like he was on a sports team. Then, he hid in a red locker just like his.
Now he was angry; the lockers were HIS! His home! His safe area! He heard whispers in his head, encouraging him to take back what was his. To hang the guy on a hook. Somehow, he knew this would please whatever had given him new life.
Without thinking, his very being reached out towards the locker and, suddenly, he was there! Face to face inside the locker, a grin splitting his face wide as the man screamed in surprise.
He grabbed the man by the throat and stepped out of the locker, starting to drag him towards a nearby hook.
The lockers are HIS domain. HIS home! Hide in them at your own peril..
Weapon:
(To be Determined) (I don't want to go with anything overtly 'nerdy' or it would take away from the Killer)
Ability:
The Bullied can see the aura of nearby lockers, same as every Killer sees Generators.
The Bullied can enter Lockers and close his eyes. After closing his eyes he can turn his view 360 degrees (Unlike a Survivors locked view inside of a locker) and see the aura of every locker on the map.
When looking at a Locker, The Bullied holds M1 to focus on it.
The further away a locker is, the longer he has to focus on it.
Once his focus builds up, he teleports to that locker. The locker he teleported FROM makes a soft rattle or creak.
The Bullied has no terror radius when inside a locker. he gets his terror radius back the moment he fully leaves a locker. (IE: If his exit animation is 1 second long, at 0.5 seconds, he has his terror radius; the moment his body fully leaves the locker but before he closes it.)
A Survivor can hear The Bullied breathing quietly when The Bullied is inside a nearby locker.
The Bullied enters and exits lockers quicker than Survivors do.
Notes:
I wanted to make a Killer that uses the lockers to get around the map, and can hide in them like Survivors do. Mostly because the Lockers get very little love as it is. I had to go with a High School Bully Victim idea because I really could not think of any other situation that would give someone 'locker powers'.

I've seen this concept before as a Boogeyman type killer. I really hope they do use some kind of locker teleporting killer in the future. The concept is just too good. Though certain maps would need adjusted that don't have very many lockers such as The Swamp. I have to admit though that I would prefer to play as a Boogeyman than some nerd who was bullied. "The Bullied" doesn't seem like the kind of thing that would make very much money.

Someone of smaller size, who looks more Survivor-like, to make it harder to tell if it's the Killer leaving that Locker in front of you until it's too late..
But a Boogeyman works, too!
