Please buff Boil over!
Now that you are reviewing perks and seen the strength of them, Boil Over could use a range increase. 32 meters would be great! That way it actually does something valueable. 14 meters is too small.

But preventing the killer to hook someone is not healthy to the game...

Increase range to 20 meters
Provide 50% increased struggle effect
Increase wiggle speed by 25%

I had it used on me by my friend in KYF, it feels strong enough.
Especially in maps with doorways and crevices, boil over already makes me smack a post or wall 3 times before hooking a person (if I hook them at all).

Boil Over doesn't stop you from hooking, it just makes it more difficult, but far from allowing the survivor to wiggle free. The perk makes you waste more time transporting bodies, allowing other survivors to get extra time to do whatever they so please to do.
Allowing the perk to hide the hook auras, wouldn't be the end of the world.

I think between 24m and 28m would be fine.
