Corrected description for Twins nerf

Here's the corrected description from the patch notes:

- Charlotte loses collision after 30 seconds when switching to victor.

- Victor susceptible to crush for 5 seconds from 3. After 5 seconds Victor takes 2-3 seconds to begin running at full speed again in a mini swim mode.

- Slightly longer Victor unlatch from Charlotte.

- Switch back to Charlotte is the same as before. No buff here.

- A couple ultra rare add-ons that are infrequently used received minor buffs.

    They need to revert the pounce cool down to 3 seconds since they added another 2 seconds of him moving in slow motion after the cool down.

    This is called a double dip nerf.

    I might just give up on playing DBD if these changes don't get sorted soon because between all of them the Twins have basically just been shot.

    This isn't cool, this is not OK.

    Thanks. If the Twins are going to stay like this, hope you enjoy me enough to follow me to whatever else I start to do because I have very little reason to keep playing the game if the Twins are going to be this useless for anything other than camping.

    I subscribed with your lore videos. The gameplay ones are just bonus. It's hard to find people that are chill and non toxic to watch. Other content creators I watch are Tofu, Otz, and if I'm down for some clowing Jaee and Yerv lol

    You've got some great ideas and I really hope the Twins get the love they deserve. This nerf has definitely put me off playing them from the little I did before. If they come for my Hagatha or nerf Trapper or Ghostface I'll be just as pissed.
