Old Twins bug is back! 4.7.0

Here is a vid of it in the 4.7.0 update.
Happens EVERY match.
Is exactly the same as the old twins bug, quite annoying and needs to be fixed soon thanks!
I am on PC but will probably affect most platforms.

Watch first switch back then the last one, you will see there is a double fatigue in the second one
